You will have to download a Newsreader or Aggregator, if you still don't have one.
Examples are FeedDemon (Windows), Bloglines (web-based), and NetNewsWire and Shrook (Mac OS X). More are listed at AtomEnabled.org.
Install the newsreader to your computer. Open it and look for New Channel or equivalent. Click it and type our Site Feed address above.
RSS feeds have been around for years but the buzz is up about them as the technology continues to go mainstream. Some people are reportedly abandoning their browsers and viewing the web through their readers.
